Lead Analyst - £50,000 - £55,000 - Hybrid (1 day in office per week) - Leicester

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Analyst to join an agency that specialises in providing marketing insights & analytics as well as strategic planning services to a host of exciting clients. 

As a Lead Analyst, you will be working extensively client-side, working on complete end to end delivery of their needs whilst managing a team of analysts. 

You will manage key relationships with important clients & glean insight into their technical problems and translate those into technical solutions. 

You will also be a line manager for a team of analysts and be responsible for all aspects of team leadership including KPIs, performance management, recruitment and ensuring delivery of key projects for clients. 

You will need a few years experience in database marketing and ideally having used tools such as SSMS, Power BI, T-SQL and general Data Manipulation.
