Are you a Class 2 driver looking to broaden your skill set on HGV?

Here at Driver Hire Southampton, we are recruiting for Class 2 Trainee Tipper drivers. Your main role will be tipping aggregate materials around the South Coast area. Our client will provide training on how to operate a tipper lorry and you will have to pass a one day driving assessment. For the successful candidate an immediate start is available.

About this role:

• Monday to Friday ongoing work
• 7:00am start
• 8–10-hour days
• Tipping aggregate materials
• Operating a Class 2 Tipper lorry
• Driving mostly to construction sites and quarries
• Complete deliveries in a safe and timely manner

What we require from Class 2 Drivers:

• Class 2 licence
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
• At least 2 years experience driving a Class 2 vehicle
• Good time management skills
• Excellent understanding of manual handling and heavy lifting procedures
• Customer service skills
• Own transport to commute to and from work
