Building Safety & Compliance Manager needed in London £26.57ph ref 011883

This is a temporary role working full time hours initially for 15 weeks to be reviewed.

To oversee the 6 Housing compliance areas, ensuring building safety in line with current legislation. The post holder will ensure best practice is followed for all statutory compliance areas for the social housing stock. Harrow currently has 2 high-rise blocks and a stock size of approximately 6000.
