D365 Business Central Support

Working with a growing Microsoft Gold Partner who are looking to expand the support team. They’re now looking for someone who has had recent experience providing 1st and 2nd line support to D365 Business Central.

Experience

• Experienced with Business Central system
• Provided 1st and 2nd line support in NAV or Business Central (BC strong preference)
• Experience operating via ticket system.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of 1st and 2nd line support
• Resolving customer problems whilst maintaining high levels of customer service
• Operating a ticket system

Salary

Offering a market-competitive rate up to £30,000 (DOE) alongside an extensive benefits package – including Health & Wellness package, Employee Assistance, Company Contributory Pension

Location

This position is completely remote with very rare travel into the North West office.
