Insurance Renewals and Customer Service Advisor

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours a day
Location: Officed based, Newcastle

As a Customer Service and Insurance Renewal Advisor, you will:

• Engage with customers to address their insurance policy queries, make mid-term adjustments, and facilitate policy renewals.
• Meet and exceed performance, service, and productivity targets.
• Provide a high-quality service that exceeds our customers' expectations.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve common objectives.

Experience:
Experience within a motor insurance customer service and/or renewal environment is desired.
