Customer Services Advisor (Hybrid)


Job Description:

Customer Services Advisor needed in Macclesfield, £10.60ph PAYE - Reference: 5219892

Office based for training and collection of equipment and thereafter it will be mainly home working with the odd requirement into the office approx. once every 3 months or as and when required for meetings/training.

2 Positions - 

1 - 27 hours per week, Answering inbound calls on services. Logging information on correlating systems for BB, Car parking, Elections, Highways and Schools. IT equipment will be supplied.

2- 20 Hours per week Waste, Planning, licencing. Environmental Health, Street Cleansing full training will be given, Hours will be 10 to 2pm Monday to Friday.


This is a Part time role on a temporary contract basis.
