Profectus Recruitment has formed a strategic partnership with a well-established player in the FinTech arena. They are presently in the process of expanding their engineering team and are actively seeking a Principal / Senior level Mobile Developer who specializes in Flutter or React Native. This role is poised to play a pivotal role in driving the success of ongoing projects.

While this position is predominantly hands-on, it also entails some team management responsibilities.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skill set:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop forward-thinking software solutions, tackle highly complex technical challenges, lead architectural design, and oversee system-level integration, all in line with their exponential growth.
• Formulate roadmaps and strategies to define the technical trajectory for critical components and services, while also being directly involved in their integration into the existing systems.
• Establish robust coding standards, maintain technical design documentation, and craft operational concepts and interfaces.
• Address scalability and performance issues through innovative architectural adjustments.
• Provide engineering expertise to support executives in making informed decisions regarding company objectives.

Required Experience:

• A university degree in software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial industry.
• Proficiency in software and mobile development across various programming languages and frameworks, including but not limited to Flutter, Dart, Kotlin, React Native, Android, and other software languages.
• Familiarity with databases and front-end frameworks is highly desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
