Full time hours on a temporary basis:

• Leads on the preparation, specification, delivery and evaluation of a broad range of complex capital and revenue-funded projects that will have a positive effect on the borough’s cultural, leisure and green infrastructure
• Provides expert advice and gives input to the Programme Manager on capital programme planning, contract specifications, commissioning of projects, and managing procurement.
• Delivers appropriate and innovative engagement, communication and consultation with the community, internal departments and relevant project stakeholders at all stages of the project
