Full-time (37 hours per week) Business Support Assistant contract to start on 26-11-18 until 24-12-18 with a possible extension.
This is a frontline ICT Helpdesk role.
You must have good interpersonal skills, be able to listen and accurately record the incident details and carry out some basic ICT troubleshooting. You will carry out password resets, download and virus scan files for end users, recover lost files, answer the phone and log calls, replace broken hardware (keyboard, mouse, monitor), etc. Any issue you cannot resolve will be logged on a helpdesk system and escalated to tier 2/3 as appropriate.
