HR Business Partner needed in North London Paying £298 per day ref 1060723
Full time hours on a temporary basis:
- To provide clear strategic HR advice on effective management approaches to change management, organisational design, employee engagement, and supporting the services in meeting their KPIs and delivering to the Corporate Plan and Priorities
- Commission the Recruitment Manager on Strategic and Operational Recruitment Activity, and provide strategic oversight of recruitment and succession planning across the council to key internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with the Head of Organisational Development to ensure that learning interventions are timely, relevant, and supportive and utilise the best practice in HR and that Learning and Development plans and strategies reflect service and organisational priorities. Provide expert advice on complex or contentious employee relation cases.
