​Step Teachers are looking for an inclusive Teacher who has SEND experience, in particular Autism. This is for a long-term role commencing immediately.

Role:

• Upkeep a tidy, organised classroom with accessible resources where needed

• Direct and support any additional staff in the classroom where applicable

• Ability to assess and report on your students when required

• Able to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons

• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively

Requirements:

• Hold QTS or the equivalent of

• Have recent mainstream or special school-based experience teaching Autism

• A relevant subject-specific degree is desirable
