3 x Social Work Resource Assistants are required as part of an Adult Social Service. The role plays a key part in supporting social workers with admin related tasks as part of the assessment and care planning process. Candidates will ideally have background or experience in a social services or health environment and will need to use their initiative on a daily basis. As part of the process the role will involve contacting service users, family members and care providers to discuss and review aspects of the care package.
