Temp to perm 
Must be able to complete initial training in Leicester HQ

My client is a global distributor of bespoke products who due to business growth is looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger to join them on a full-time basis working from home. 

Initially joining them on a temp to perm basis with a view to becoming permanent at 12 weeks you will support a busy finance team handling their global accounts. 

The Role:
  • Data Entry 
  • Ensure high level of accuracy of input and coding 
  • Match invoices to purchase orders
  • Liaise with suppliers and sales representatives
  • Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Generating remittances
  • Work towards targets
  • Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers

The Candidate:
  • Familiarity with computer systems and complex databases 
  • Good numeracy skills 
  • Comfortable handling late payment calls in order to secure payment 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sage and Xero
  • Organisation
  • Attention to detail
  • Passion for excellent service
  • Integrity
  • Liaising with other workers
  • Communicating effectively in both verbal and written format
  • Good interpersonal skills
