We are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join this global business, with 40 sites in the UK they continue to grow. This position will sit leading a team of 3 engineers reporting to the Lead Engineer on site.

In this position you will be performing maintenance duties to machinery on site including boilers, conveyors, washers, dryers and more. This role will include management of your team, 1-2-1's, skills matrix, reporting to management and organising PPM schedules.

Direct experience on this machinery isn’t essential but would be advantageous.

Due to the industry this is a stable company with one of the largest contracts in the UK.

Experience required.

• 4 years plus experience as a Maintenance Engineer in an industrial environment
• Management experience previously or someone who takes ownership and will be direct support to their manager.
• Experience with Hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, and bearings.
