Full-time (36 hours per week) Admin Assistant contract to start on 26-11-18 until 25-01-19 with a possible extension.
We are looking for a competent Office Clerk to perform various administrative and clerical tasks to support our offices. The post holder will undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filing and updating employee record on our HR System. You must be reliable and pay attention to detail.
Must have basic IT skills. Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible. Utilise office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc. Perform other office duties as assigned.
Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position. Familiarity with office procedures. Working knowledge of office devices and processes. Very good knowledge of MS Office. Excellent communication skills. Very good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
