We are delighted to be working with a new client based in Crewe who are looking to recruit 2 Customer Service Advisors for their vibrant and friendly Customer Service team, which the Manager describes as “a big family.”
There’s plenty of banter in the office and the team quite often socialise outside of work hours, and the business organises various events/days out throughout the year (for example, everyone went to OctoberFest this year)!
Based in a modern open plan office, this role involves a mixture of inbound calls and administration tasks, so if you are looking for a varied role in a great team, then this could be just the role for you!
Previous customer service experience is ideal but our Client is a big believer that processes and systems can be trained if you have the right attitude and desire to learn and succeed.
Another big plus point is that the company believes in promoting people from within…all the supervisors and team leaders started their career as a customer service advisor, so there is the potential of future career opportunities.

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm or 9:30am - 6pm Mon-Fri, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am - 1pm (paid at time and a half)
