Full-time (37 hours per week) Administrator contract to start on 10-12-18 until 31-03-19 with a possible extension.
This is a Placement Support Officer / Administrator role supporting a very busy adult social care purchasing team. The successful candidate must be comfortable spending considerable periods of time on the phone as well as have flexibility to undertake ad-hoc admin tasks at short notice according to demand. Act as a first point of contact for the service, including general enquiries and reception; answer enquiries including some of a complex nature; redirect more complex enquiries appropriately. Look up information to answer detailed queries from internal and external customers. This could involve using the internet/intranet as well as internal systems. Process and respond promptly to incoming communications (post, telephone, fax, email, face to face), accurate message taking, copying and distributing information as necessary. Produce a range of documents including letters/emails and presentations to a good standard by the required deadline
