Full-time (37 hours per week) Claims Management Support Officer contract to start on 17-12-18 until 29-03-19 with a possible extension.
We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to pay attention to detail in a fast paced environment. Experience of using database and word processing systems and the ability to gather information and record it accurately is essential. The role supports the work of the Unit with gathering information and clerical assistance. This can include the initial vetting and screening of applications received by the Unit, assisting with investigations and surveys, collating information for reports complied by the department. Dealing with incoming calls, emails and letters that the unit receives, this can involve collecting information from callers about claims management companies (CMCs) to support our enforcement work, offering advice to consumers and capturing information.
