Insurance Sales Advisor
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 plus bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 Hours a day
Location: Officed based, North Liverpool

As a Sales Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, offering expert sales and administration support for our diverse range of insurance products. Whether it's over the phone, in person, via post, e-mail, website, or referrals, you will be the go-to person for fulfilling our customers' insurance needs.

What You will be doing as the insurance sales advisor:
  • Friendly and efficient service, adhering to company and FCA guidelines.
  • Handle New Business and workload with excellence, meeting individual and team standards.
  • Provide exceptional underwriting service across our full suite of Insurance products.
  • Foster effective relationships within and outside the company, driving improvement.
  • Lead by example, achieving sales, service, and admin goals.
  • Maintain high standards in company brand and workspace.
  • Stay updated with product and industry knowledge through Continuous Professional Development.

Experience within a motor insurance customer service and/or renewal environment is desired.
