Full-time (37 hours per week) Finance Administrator contract to start on 06-12-18 until 28-12-18 with a possible extension.
To provide an excellent customer focused service and administrative support to the department. Responsible for completing daily, weekly and monthly tasks assigned to the role as well as any ad hoc requests from your line manager, including but not limited to processing schedules, e-mails, requests and updating records and documentation. Responsible for processing of payment schedules and the documentation requirements involved. Update appropriate spreadsheets and documents to demonstrate work received and completed and enable reconciliations to be completed.
