We are looking for a multi skilled maintenance engineer with a slight electrical bias to join our fully automated plant in Rugby. As a team we have over 60 engineers in the maintenance department alone and as a result have vast opportunities for internal promotion and progression within our ranks.

We are specialists in our specific industry boasting annual revenue in excess of £1.5bn and have been a major player for over 150 years. Operating across 5 different continents in one of the most secure industries, we plan to keep developing and expanding for another 150 years.

The successful engineers’ roles and responsibilities will be repairing a wide array of plant machinery across our 16 production lines, some of which being brand new. Machinery is mainly Krones and KMH machinery in an FMCG environment, our plant is fully automated and Siemens control driven (S7 & TIA Portal).

Experience Required
 
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as an industrial maintenance engineer with a multi skilled background, ideally 60:40 electrical
 
  • Ideally from a food or FMCG background although multi skilled engineers from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
 
  • Qualified to a minimum of level 3 in an maintenance engineering discipline (Indentured apprenticeship, NVQ, City and Guilds, HNC)
