Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Finance Officer who will support with all aspects of financial reporting including the annual reporting cycle, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes within a large University finance team.

You will be customer focused and flexible in your approach to working with stakeholders, contributors, and the wider finance team. You will assist senior leaders in the annual financial reporting cycle, including the preparation of monthly management accounts, forecast outturns, year-end accounts, annual budgets, and five-year plans.  You will monitor all income and expenditure against budget and provide advice as appropriate.

You will be AAT Level 4 or equivalent with experience working in an account environment and attending meeting with senior managers.  You will be studying towards or hold a recognised CCAB accountancy qualification or equivalent.
