1st Line Help Desk Support Specialist - Onsite - Peterborough - £30,000

 

Pearson Carter are currently working with an established Microsoft Partner based in the U.K. who are looking to recruit a 1st Line Help Desk Support Specialist.

 

My client is offering flexible working, career progression, and opportunities to work across the Microsoft Technology Stack.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, quick telephone and email support to clients.
  • Accurately log issues into the Ticketing System.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic hardware, software, and system faults.
  • Recognising when a call is urgent and escalate accordingly.

 

Experience:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a support environment (1st line).
  • Administration of Microsoft 365, Exchange and Active Directory.
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Desire to learn new technologies and systems.

Salary

 

They are offering a competitive salary of up to £30,00 plus benefits.

 

Location

 

This role is fully on-site in Peterborough
