Job Description:

Complaints Officer (Hybrid) needed in Barnet, £20.16ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1105500


The post is Complaints and FOI Officer role that is based in a Children's Social Care Service

  • Lead on the processing of complaints and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests across Family Services.
  • Support and challenge managers to ensure that complaints and FOIs, including Children Act complaints, are responded to appropriately within statutory timeframes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for complainants; taking calls, recording information.

Based at Colindale / hybrid working - working from home days are negotiable.



This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
