Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Great salary of £28,600
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm
Location: Liverpool, L6
My client is a leading high quality kitchen manufacturer and supplier to both retail and contract markets, based in Liverpool this is a great opportunity as they are seeking a reliable Customer Services Administrator to take responsibility for the arranging of remediation works.

Key Responsibilities as the Administrator
- Act as the dedicated point of contact on all issues in relation to remediation works for both our Contract and Retail Clients.
- Liaise with other team members and sub contractors to ensure the completion of defects works within agreed timescales.
- Raise the appropriate paperwork for remediation works in line with Company Policies and Procedures.
- Operating and updating the companies in house software system (Clixifix) keeping up to date records of all remediation works.
- Contact clients to ensure their availability on agreed dates.
- Follow up to ensure resolution.
- Sales order processing / kitchen order processor
- Professionalism, Patience, and a people first attitude.
- Calm, level-headed and problem-solving attitude with a genuine passion for customer service, handling orders and customer queries.
- Extremely Reliable
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Able to multitask and prioritise workloads.
- Work within a fast pace environment and meet deadlines.
- Good methodical organisational skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office Packages including excel, word and Database.
- Have the ability to problem solve.
- Market knowledge would be a distinct advantage but not essential
- Hours of work: (40 per week)
- General 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (however there is flexibility on start and finish times)
- 20 Days Holiday per year + Bank Holiday (increasing with years of service)
