Salary: £22,000 Full Time, Permanent
Location: Liverpool, Office Based Role
This is an exciting role working at the client’s head office in the Knowsley area at the company's new, start of the art head office.
This will be a great opportunity to join an ever growing business. In this role, your main duty will be to deliver technical administration duties and working closely to a number of different contacts including: schedulers and surveyors.
- Updating and creating documentation via the company's inhouse and Microsoft Excel systems.
- Delivering exceptional customer service on every inbound call answered.
- Liaising with other divisions and departments to ensure if an enquiry isn't related to your specific team, it's passed across to the right person.
- You must have previous customer service or administrative experience and it would be desirable to have coordinating or servicing experience
- Able to travel to the Knowsley area on a daily basis - ideally hold a clean, full UK driving licence as there's limited public transport area's
- Confident taking inbound calls
