Our client is seeking a Global Sourcing Specialist.

You will play a key role in sourcing up to 5 suppliers both in the UK and internationally, and ensuring that operational excellence is always achieved.

You'll be responsible for managing client enquiries from initial enquiry through to completion of booking, prioritising workloads, negotiating the best rates of suppliers, and ensuring deadlines and client SLAs are always met. 

As a successful candidate, you will have at least 1 year of experience in a venue finding role, with an understanding of events and venues.

You must also be a team player with excellent PC literacy skills, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. Additionally, you must be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and in written language.

Work hours, you will be working Monday – Friday from 9.00 am – 5.30 pm, with 25 days of holiday.
