Technical Sales Engineer - North West for Cutting Tool OEM

My client are a Global manufacturer & supplier of high-quality precision tooling and due to growth in 2023 we are now looking to add a motivated and forward-thinking engineer who can support clients within the North West Region. This is a Work from Home role but requires extensive travel including Cumbria, Clwyd, Lancashire, Merseyside and Cheshire.

We’re looking for a Time served engineer who could be currently on the shop floor and wanting to progress into a client facing role 'OR' you could be currently a Applications or Sales Engineer looking for a new challenge.

Benefits include a salary of £40k - £52K DOE, Performance based Comm = £13,000, Fully expensed company Car (EV, Hybrid or Truck options available) Private family health care, Death in Service x4 salary, Daily lunch allowance, Home Internet costs covered.

To be successful as an Area Sales Engineer, we’re looking for the following skills / experience

• Time Served CNC Engineer (Minimum 8 years experience)
• Understanding of cutting tools and the applications on CNC Machines.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
• Professional demeanour with can do attitude.
• Full UK driving license
