We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our prestigious organization operating in the Agriculture, Fishing, and Forestry sector. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of £130,000 to £150,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve organizational goals

- Lead and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including finance, sales, marketing, and production

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

- Foster positive relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and government bodies

- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business expansion and diversification

- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing team

- Implement effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential threats to the business

- Drive innovation and embrace new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness

Requirements:

- Proven track record as a CEO or in a senior leadership role within the Agriculture, Fishing, or Forestry industry

- In-depth knowledge of the sector, including market dynamics, trends, and challenges

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective business strategies

- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
