Full-time (37 hours per week) Desktop Support Analyst contract to start on 17-12-18 until 18-01-19 with a possible extension.
To provide first and second line computer and telephone systems support, training and advice to the organisation’s computer users, and to be responsible for the development, maintenance and operation of the organisation’s computer and telephone systems, as well as assist in the application of the Group IT strategy. To build and prepare end user hardware, and roll out to clients as required. Including, the installation, support and maintain printing services to the end user. To be the first point of contact for all telephone systems support. To assist with the management and maintenance of the mobile and fixed line telephony and data communications infrastructure. Ensuring the timely escalation of problems/faults to relevant 3rd party support personnel.
