We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Reading, UK. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing a team of sales professionals. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support

- Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients

- Drive sales growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends

- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of Java FX and JavaScript

- Proven track record in B2B sales with 1-2 years of experience

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Career level: Mid to Senior

- Education level: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
