A modern and friendly primary school in Greenwich are looking for a Nursery Assistant to join their school in January to support children in their nursery class.

The Role

In this role you will be supporting the teacher and pupils within one of the school's nursery class. You will be directed by the class teacher to oversee play-based activities and focused learning. You will assist the class teacher in preparing resources, general administration and behaviour management. Your role will include playground duties and general support within the Early Years Foundation Stage. The school are looking for a Nursery Assistant with initiative and a caring and friendly attitude who is able to commit to a full-time role.

This role is offered on an ongoing contract basis from January 2024.

As a 2 form entry site, teachers and teaching assistants within the year group work closely together in planning and assessment for their respective year groups.
