Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets

- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure individual and team success

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities

- Monitor sales performance and provide reports on progress and achievements

Candidate Skills:

- Proven track record of success in a similar sales role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience

- Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal

- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships

- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset

Job Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar sales role, preferably in the UK market

- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets

- Experience in leading and managing a sales team
