Job title: Production Supervisor

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 pa

Due to a significant period of growth and expansion, a successful manufacturing business are looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a very exciting time to join as the company continues to grow, the successful candidate will be heavily involved in the development of the Assembly team.

The role of a Production Supervisor will include:

• Ensuring the assembly team can supply high quality finished products
• Checking and creating the production schedule
• Reporting any damage of equipment and maintaining the equipment including ensuring clean working standards
• Checking stock levels and requesting additional equipment where necessary
• Producing of spreadsheets and inputting production records

The ideal Production Supervisor should have the following skills and experience:

• Experience with working within a highly regulated industry (Pharmaceutical, Food, Scientific etc)
• Experience in a Supervisor / Team Leader position
• Great attitude and aptitude and willingness to continuously learn and develop
