Full time hours on a temporary basis

You’ll work within product teams and closely with other council teams to improve their services, listening to their needs and balancing them with business and technical constraints.

You’ll speak up for our users, whether they are residents or staff, and use data and research to make sure our products and services meet their needs.

At all stages of the product life cycle, you’ll confidently lead your team in setting a vision and fulfilling it, solving our users’ problems with products we can be proud of.

As an experienced product manager, you’ll play an active role in the development of our product management community of practice, model good product ways of working across the council and communicate our work effectively internally and externally.

You’ll be a kind and curious person whose focus is always on the user and who is impact-driven. You’ll be a good leader and listener who works well with people from different disciplines.
