Salary - £45-55k

The Role.

• The point of contact for the customer technical representative
• Attend customer visits of supplying sites and co-ordinate the response to any actions arising from visit.
• Ensure all factories have the relevant accreditation (BRC, Organic) and maintain a “library” of certificates and reports/non-conformances.
• Responsibility to ensure consistent communication and an effective relationship with customers.

The Candidate.

• Culture fit is key within this business. Outgoing, confident and willingness to stand on your own two feet when necessary.
• Previous experience working within a technical team within a food environment.
• Exposure to customer facing roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English, multilingual would be a benefit.
