Job Title: Sales Manager

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Annual Salary + OTE £55,000

Responsibilities:

- Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and objectives

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and identify areas for improvement

- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales role, preferably within the same industry

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for sales

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
