Fire Risk Assessment Project Manager needed in North London.  

The pay rate is £319.36 per day PAYE

The successful candidate will oversee multiple contracts and the FRA remediation team currently responsible for delivering FRA remediations. They will support project managers with contract management and internal governance arrangements and will ensure surveys, works and completions are signed off and payments made in a timely manner.

Quantify and qualify the scope and nature of actions arising from the statutory inspection programme and make recommendations for actions.

Contract management - Experience of managing non-complex and complex programmes of works and contractors.

To support the Head of Service on project and programme management activities related to any of the projects/programmes that may be ongoing, ensuring they are managed to corporate project management standards
