We have been retained by a national name to recruit a Senior Marketing Manager into an already existing marketing team.

This role will join a team an existing team that have just recently gone through a major rebrand and are sitting in an excellent place.
We are recruiting for a Senior Marketing Manager that can take this successful brand to the next level. When you have escalated this brand there will be an opportunity for a Marketing Director role.

Our client is a £70 million plus turnover wholesale distribution business that focuses on taking their products to builder’s merchants, DIY retail, electrical wholesale and specialist distributors, all products are sold through distribution and not direct to site. There is no plans to change this already successful business direction.
The main aim of the next stage of growth is to engage with the end user to support their client base in selling more.

In the past year they have increased sales through their website from 30% of sales to over 70% but this is still a massive area for growth. A strong digital strategy will support this further growth.

• A background in marketing building materials (essential) distribution or manufacturing
• Experience in leading a marketing team.
• Experience of creating a digital strategy and showing a return on investment
• Budget and P&L responsibility
• You will have a creative mindset with equal measure of strategy.
• Experience of brand and product-based marketing
• Experience of website management
