Full time hours on a temporary basis
This role will involve:
- To receive and respond to all visitors and callers in a professional, efficient and timely manner ensuring performance targets are achieved.
- To receive and record customer queries using computerised information databases, liaising with other sections as required, referring complex queries to specialist advisors.
- To provide a seamless customer service when rotating between the various customer access channels i.e Contact Centre and Main Reception point.
