Marketing Director
Working for a global digital agency, in the advertising space, offering an exciting Marketing Director opportunity!
Globally responsible for all aspects of the companies group marketing activity, aligned with the companies growth ambitions and long-term strategic direction.
Working cross-functionally across sales and client partner teams, with heavy stakeholder/client engagement.
Responsibilities include;
Strategy & Lead Generation;
- Develop and execute a global marketing strategy
- Understand the groups USPs to effectively promote cross-sell products and services
- Drive brand awareness and reputation by creating content, thought leadership and case studies
- Oversee digital channels including social media, websites, SEM, events and networking activities.
- Collaborate with client teams to create client success stories!
- Ownership of agency marketing business intelligence
- Oversee the enhancement of systems, methodology and processes that affect commercial performance
Team Performance & Collaboration;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
- Analyse market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats
- Lead a high performing marketing team, fostering innovation and creativity
- Own the talent pathways, performance reviews and development of the team
Expertise;
Skills and Experience;
- A strong track record of leading and managing marketing teams guided and measured according to business objectives
- Familiarity with the competitive landscape and a passion for emerging technologies and platforms to best deliver connected marketing services
- A deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels and trends is essential
- Experience in managing data, segmentation and contact strategies
- Ability to create management information reports to demonstrate attribution, ROI and conversion rates
