Support Executive - Accountancy

Location: Reading, UK

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (Annual Salary)

Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive support to accountants and finance professionals, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of tasks

- Assist in the preparation and review of financial reports, statements, and records

- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to address queries, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional customer service

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and databases

- Monitor and manage financial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines

- Assist in the coordination and execution of various accounting projects

Requirements:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues

- Solid understanding of financial principles and practices, with knowledge of accounting software and tools

- Proven experience in a similar role within the finance or accountancy sector

- High attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle confidential information

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
