PT Accommodation Advisor needed in Bristol Paying  £12 per hr ref 5240366

Full time hours on a temporary basis

 This role will involve:

• excellent delivery of a range of customer services, supporting customers, contractors and other visitors to our busy MOD scheme, as well as liaising with customers
  contacting us by phone, email and other means.
• You’ll be confident in carrying out void inspections and creating lists of works required whilst the property is empty.
• You’ll also play a key role in using a range of computer-based systems to undertake a range of activities, from recording accurately our activities and reporting maintenance repairs to raising purchase orders.
• This is a home working role with at least one day on site per week attending move in an move out appointments. We can be flexible with the hours and can offer either three full days or the hours spread across 5 days. A Thursday must be worked at the office from 10am until around 2pm.
