Dynamics Business Development Manager 

 

This Company is a leading provider of cutting-edge technology solutions, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics-based software for the Several Sectors. They are seeking a Senior Salesperson to join our dynamic team and drive sales growth in these sectors. As a Senior Salesperson, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the holiday park, marina, holiday home dealership, and holiday home manufacturing industries. Your primary focus will be on selling our Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions tailored to their specific needs and drive sales growth in these sectors.

 

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:

 Identify and target potential clients within several sectors

 Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client and propose tailored Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions to address those needs

 Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry

 Manage end to end sales cycle from initial lead generation to final presentation and signing of contracts with support of the nominated pre sales consultant

 Develop an in-depth understanding of our Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions, keeping up-to-date with product updates and industry trends

 Use the approved standard pricing sheet/system

 Create and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and quotas.

 Engage with the marketing team and supporting their campaigns and follow up lead activity

 Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospects

 Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and quotations for potential clients

 Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and contracts to close deals effectively.

 Regular update all internal systems in a timely manner

 Stay informed about industry developments, competitors, and emerging trends

 

 

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

 Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

 Proven track record of successful sales in the B2B technology sector

 Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP/CRM systems

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

 Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for sales

 Experience of technologies in SaaS

 Access to a vehicle and the willingness to travel as needed

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
