Repairs Advisor needed in SE London
The hourly rate is £15.51ph PAYE

The candidate will be answering calls and email correspondence involving repair requests from residents. These repairs will vary in nature and complexities. Whilst the core part of the role is providing bookings and diagnoses for new repairs, there will be the need to update residents on existing repairs and sourcing information to support the residents.
The rota will either be 8-4 or 9-5 with one long day (8-5) to make up the hours of 36. Wednesdays are always 9-5.
Having repairs knowledge would be ideal. Contact Centre experience is vital.
