Job Description:

Sales Director - Digital Agency

A digital agency, with offices in the UK and US, is currently looking for an experienced Sales Director from a digital agency (or digital transformation consultancy) background due to growth.

This expectation is for someone to come on board and lead the team of 2, so you'll be responsible for devising the sales strategy and also rolling up your sleeves and delivering.
Managing service-based sales and having a deep understanding of digital customer experience is key for this role.

The company operate a hybrid model, with 1-2 days in the office in London.

  • Fully understand and embrace the company's USPs to effectively cross-sell products/services
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Director to align the Sales and Marketing strategies
  • Take a data-driven approach to measuring all sales activity
  • Devise and help execute the Sales Team's targets
  • Take responsibility for the growth of the company's revenue
  • Take the lead in the pitch process, creating proposals
  • Collaborate with the leadership team on M&A activity
  • Develop relationships with the other brands in the Group

About You:
  • Extensive experience as a Sales Director within a Digital Agency
  • Strong background of leading Sales Teams
  • Experience structuring and leading the pitch process
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape
  • Demonstrable experience of taking a data-led approach to Sales, and data analytics
£75k-£85k base, plus commission and bonus (OTE c.£110k-£120k)
