A large secondary school are currently looking for a long term cover supervisor who has a Design and Technology qualification to cover resistant materials and product design leading in woodwork to start asap but would consider applications for January start. 

The Role

This role is a full-time position in the school’s Design and Technology department. You will be teaching mixed ability classes across both KS3 and KS4. Year 7 and year 8 classes follow a broad introduction to all Design and Technology subjects and your focus in these year groups will be to teach basic skills in wood work. 

You will be responsible for all aspects of the teaching and learning, assessments and coursework towards examination. You will be joining an established team in the technology department with good support and career development opportunities.
