Finance Operations Assistant Agency needed in Exeter, £15.73ph PAYE - Reference: RQ1123781
Temporary requirement to maintain delivery of financial services during period of adoption leave.
1. Together with the other Finance Operations Assistants prioritise tasks to ensure completeness of the following Cash Management functions in line with operational and targeted requirements:
a) Accounts Payable (Register & batch purchase invoices, includes the resolution of queries and influencing of key personnel)
b) Cashier (Reconcile statements, set up payments & create accounting journals in accordance with audited process)
c) Credit Control (Assess risk, manage debt and resolve queries in support of good financial practice)
d) Invoicing (Generate accurate sales invoices applying knowledge of VAT rules and customer requirements to drive efficiency)
e) Sales Ledger (Identify & allocate bank receipts, includes liaising internally and externally to maintain integrity)
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis
