- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients

- Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles

Requirements:

- Proven experience in a customer support or technical support role

- Knowledge of IT and Internet technologies, including hardware, software, and networking
