Account Manager


Job Description:

Our client, a leading trade-only signage manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team. The position requires a confident, driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced office and is confident working in a busy environment.

Key skills include exceptional customer service and relationship building abilities as a large focus will be on upselling, cross-selling and growing existing accounts. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Answer customer enquiries via various channels
  • Fulfilling customer requirements promptly
  • Preparing and delivering quotations
  • Processing orders efficiently
  • Managing and nurturing client relationships
  • Developing strategies to maximize sales opportunities
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while supporting key stakeholders

Key requirements:

  • Proven account management experience.
  • Background in signage/print/packaging is advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
